Veterinarians in the U.S. have long been known for their devotion to their profession, and some of their most popular patients are Trump supporters.

But while the Trump Administration has made a few efforts to promote vets and vet care, one of those efforts is making its way to the vet-doctor-turned-politician level.
In an interview with CNN on Friday, vet-care advocate and veterinarian Dr. John Bower said he’s seeing more and more vets taking to social media to vent about their experiences with the Trump administration.
He said he sees vets who are “very distressed” about the President’s administration.
The Trump administration has been in office for a little more than a month, so the vets are not feeling that the same way, he said.
“They don’t really know what’s going on, and they don’t have any answers, which is really troubling to me,” Bower told CNN.
Bower has been a vocal critic of Trump during the campaign, particularly his decision to withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord and his call for the immediate closure of all Muslim immigration to the U
