Why New York City’s pet adoption agency is struggling to get a good picture of its patients

A year ago, New York’s veterinary hospital was hailed as one of the top veterinary care facilities in the country, with a focus on saving the lives of pets.

Today, however, the New York Times found that the facility is struggling in its effort to meet the requirements of the state’s veterinary licensing law, the Veterinary Care Practitioners of New York (VCPNY).

The VCPNY regulates veterinary clinics across the state.

New York has the largest number of licensed veterinary hospitals in the nation, with one in four patients needing help in their care.

But the Times found, the hospital’s adoption agency, NewYork City Veterinary Services (NYCVSS), has fewer than half the patients it needs.

The Times obtained a copy of the agency’s financial statements, which show that the organization is only able to house about 70% of the more than 3,000 dogs that are being adopted each year.

That’s less than half of what it needs to keep up with the growing demand for its services.

The organization was also unable to meet even the minimum standards that state regulators require of its services in order to license the clinic.

“We’re doing a lot of work to make sure that we’re meeting all the requirements,” said New York CVSS’s president, Sarah Gifford.

“The goal is to get to the point where the clinic is at capacity, but we don’t have the capacity right now.”

Giffords told the Times that the hospital has a lot more to do to meet those requirements, including better training for its staff and new equipment.

She said the hospital hopes to open its own private veterinary clinic in 2019.

VCPY’s financial statement shows that the agency spent $5.2 million on the adoption of animals last year, with the remaining $1.3 million going toward the veterinary exam.

“Our vet office was so underutilized and understaffed that the first five months of our operations were pretty critical,” Giffenson told the paper.

“It’s been difficult for us to meet our obligations to patients and their families, and it’s been challenging for us in the long run.”

The veterinary licensing agency’s office is responsible for the licensing of the clinics that serve New York and its surrounding counties.

In addition to the number of patients that need help, the organization also regulates the facilities that it contracts with to house pets.

“I think it’s important that we make sure we’re taking care of our patients as well as their families,” Giffin told the newspaper.

“And so far, we’ve been doing a good job of that.”

But Giffison added that there’s room for improvement.

“Some of our vets have had their licenses revoked because of violations of licensing standards,” she said.

“In a lot, we can’t get the people to understand that we have to comply with the requirements.”

The city recently enacted new regulations to increase the number and severity of violations that must be reported, including violations involving animals that are not under the care of a licensed veterinary facility.

The new rules require the agency to publish a list of the violations and report them within 30 days of the last violation, according to the Times.

However, the new regulations do not include a requirement that the violations be reported in person or by mail, and they also do not require the office to provide veterinarians with written reports.

“What we’re really trying to do here is to make our veterinarians aware of the need to take action,” Ginson said.

She added that she hopes that the department can soon move to require that the office provide written reports of violations and violations involving pets that are under its care.

The New York Veterinary Society, which represents veterinary students, has also expressed concerns about the lack of compliance.

“Vets have to be able to understand what the law requires,” the organization’s president told the New Yorker.

“That’s what we’ve seen in the past, and we think that this is a problem.”

But the city’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) also has its own issues with the organization.

The city is under fire from animal advocates, who say that the health department is using the agency as a vehicle to promote a one-size-fits-all approach to animal care, with little input from the public.

“This is a very different organization than what we see in New York State,” said Matt Biernbaum, a lawyer and executive director of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

“They have no input from people who care about animals and want to do good work.”

The AVMA and other animal advocates have called for a thorough review of the VCPTY’s practices and a change in its approach to regulating veterinary clinics.

“NYCVSS needs to be reformed, and this is the most important step,” Biernanbaum said.
